Common fixture calls
- Kitchen or bathroom faucet that drips after it is shut off.
- Loose, stiff, or leaking handles.
- Showerheads and everyday fixtures that need replacement.
- Water collecting below the sink after use.
- A customer-supplied fixture that needs a careful installation.
Repair when it is sensible
A cartridge, seal, connection, or supply line may solve the problem without replacing the whole fixture. When the body is damaged, replacement parts are unavailable, or the fixture is already failing in several places, replacement can be the better value.
Before the appointment
If you already bought a replacement, keep the model information and all included parts together. A quick photo of the existing fixture and the cabinet below it can help JT understand the setup before arrival.
